Donkerbruin bier met mooi stevig schuim. Smaak is vrij zoet met iets van karamel, wat toffee en noten. Mondgevoel is vrij waterig wat de waardering iets naar beneden stuurt.

Bouteille:hazy, amber to chestnut-amber coloured, mid-sized - pretty loose - persistent tanned head; sweet caramelly-fruity nose with distinctive traces of dry cacao-powder; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, barely sourish, light bodied and very soft; quite solid lingering caramelly and wheaty finish with solid chocolatey influences in the aftertaste. Bottled 500ml (Beer Hunters, BB 01/2011)
Dark nut brown color, some hazyness, decent beige head. Overriped banana, some toasted nuts in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Some banana, toasted nutty flavors. Short finish. Clean although not impressive. Anyhow this brewery seems to be a solid weizen brewery. Thumbs up!
