Bottle from BeerHive, Edinburgh
Bright golden, crystal clear, frothy white head than dissipates, some lacing
Aroma - juicy fresh grapefruit, hint of lemon, golden quit sweet pale malts, slight floral note, soft orange zest, very slight grass, fresh aroma
Taste - citrus grapefruit, fairly bitter zest tempered by the golden bit spicy sweet pale malts, bit of lemon zest, slight creaminess, very fresh flavour
Palate - soft carb, medium body, bit oily but still light mouthfell without being cloying. Bitter zest in the middle and a little creamy again, the 6% is noticeable but it’s still crisp. Finish - more bitter zest citrus, some more spicy hop comes through, dry, lingering bitter finish
It’s good but I just prefer the NZPA which gets 3.8

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, tropical fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, tropical fruit and citrus fruit, almost a hint of honey. Surprisingly easy to drink.
