Bottle, 75cl. It pours a lightly hazy, yellowish golden body and some white bubbles. Sweetish apples and some apple cores in the aroma. The flavor is rather boring, with some cellar notes and yeast, and of course mostly apples. Quite effervescent, medium body and semi-tart. Apples in the end. Well, this one was disappointing. It’s not bad in any way, but it’s utterly boring. 121110

Bottle, 7.5% from 2011 @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is apples, fruit and yeast? Flavour is apples, medium dry, fruit, medium carbonation and a little sweet.
