Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Clove, dry banana aroma. Light-bodied. Banana, phenols, clove in the flavour. Average.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight art the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow w/nice head w/good retention & no lacing. Aroma is strong wheat & banana. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. Pretty standard Hefeweizen, well made.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Sweetish with traces of banana and cloves. Pretty bland.

Pour is a cloudy gold with a huge white head. Aroma has pleanty of banana and clove. Flavor is a chewy, creamy wheat malt followed by the typical banana and clove. This was a pretty good hefe.
