Crafted with American malted barley, specialty German malts, a touch of flaked oats, and our house ale yeast. Hopped generously with Citra®, Simcoe®, and Mosaic®. Notes of orange sorbet, bubblegum, apricot, overripe mango, and candied lemon. Named after Lucius Junius Brutus (6th century BCE), who was a famous founder of the Roman Republic.

Taster pour on tap at CT Brew Fest 2024. Cloudy, dark, yellow-light brown, ring of head. Aroma is strong citrus, fruit, and mild herb. Taste is herb, citrus, fruit, background malts. Smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste.
