This sour utilizes fruit in the boil, secondary fermentation, and straight into the keg. Big strawberry nose and front of the pallet give way to a hint of banana on the back. Beautiful strawberry blonde color and soft pink head make this a killer kettle sour.

Taster pour from a can at CT Brew Fest 2024. Clear golden yellow with reddish hue, no head, no lacing. Aroma is strong sweet strawberry, mildly tart. Taste is strong, strawberry and tart, milder late banana. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, and finish as taste.
