We invited our friends from Long Live Beerworks in Providence down to North Haven to brew the fourth installment in our back and forth collab series. This beer is once again mostly brewed with some new and experimental hops from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. Between various stages through the whirlpool and dry hop, 4 Eyed Frog is packed full of Phantasm infused Mega Motueka, brand new Paradisi, Rakau, Southern Cross Kief, and is fermented with a thiolized yeast strain.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Can (23293, so 10/24/23) pour from the brewery. Opaque orange juice with nice sparkle, head with excellent retention and tons of soapy lacing rings. Aroma is citrus, tropical fruit with a somewhat musty, dirty clothes, almost fishy character. Taste is super sweet tangerine/clementine. Smooth, frothy texture, fairly thin, no sign of alcohol, average carbonation and crisp finish. A+ for experimentation but, other than the look, this did not work on a number of levels.
