Good dense head, stable, off-white with a rosy shine; lively carbonation in faintly hazed straw-coloured beer. Both hops & malts in the nose, leafy, smelling as fresh hops with dried (kari?) leaves. Really bitter, rather resiny, yet not really USA-hops. Bitter green leaves, and a faint flavour of sage; impression of hopped worts. Grist & yeast slickness, medium bodied at best. Reasonably drinkable, not really great.

Draught at BQ via Losanna, Milan
Hazy golden color with creamy head. Very nice hop aroma, with delicate lemony touch, some grassy sweat, light cellar smell; Drie Fonteinen meets yuzu. Smooth mouthfeel, very dry; it has a sharp spicy character, some yeast, light citrus peel, and then a relatively strong bitterness.
Original and very good.

Bottle 330ml.Unclear - hazy matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, peel bitter, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, yeasty, hoppy, peel bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121217]

Bottle at home (Domus Birrae) 25/12/12 (Xmas beer No.1). Hazed pale yellow with a thin white head that retains well. Nose is citrus zest, spice, clove, yeast esters. Taste follows nose, quite sour and bitter, good dose of spice. A little thin in body with soft carbonation. Drinkable beer but nothing to go out of the way for!

Runder, hopfig-herber Beginn. Etwas trocken, grasig ausgewogen. Etwas röstiger Abgang mit sowohl Aroma- als auch Bitterhopfennoten. Süffiges und nettes Bier. 14/10/12/10/10

From tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa. Pours hazy yellow with a huge rocky white head. Citrusy, fruity, dry and solid bitter. Lingering fruity. Dry and light citric finish.
