Our latest experimental beer, brewed with a specially modified yeast strain for a unique and delicious flavor experience. We've taken the same grain bill and kettle hops from our beloved Major Juicy brew, and added a twist with dry hopping using HBC586, Cryo Mosaic, and Cryo Simcoe hops. Taster pour at Keep NH Brewing fest. It's upical light btown. Aroma is strong, bright lemon-orange with mild cooking herb. Taste reflects aroma, background bread. Mouthfeel body is a little thin and texture a bit frothy texture. Overall, good strength.
