5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. It’s a clear dark yellow with finger-width off-white head with good retention and nice ring of lacing. Aroma is mix of more-tart-than-sweet fruit, yeast. Taste is strong tart fruit, yeast, a bit of funk, late dry white wine and cracker. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium with frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp dry finish as taste. Overall, good strength and nice complexity on the flavor.
