Our coffee milk stout uses a plethora of dark roasted, black patent malts, flaked grain, and lactose to create a thickened bed for coffee complexity to shine. We want it to be approachable but pleasantly sweet so we thickened it up to a texture that screams dessert... Each batch is charged with a balanced amount of single origin or blended coffee that we roast right here in house.

Taster pour from a can at Rising Pint Brewfest. It's an opaque black with nice viscosity, thin ring of light brown head and trace lacing. Aroma is strong bittersweet coffee and roasted malt, dark chocolate. Taste follows aroma. Really rich. Mouthfeel is medium-to-full bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, fuller and richer than the ABV would suggest. Good!
