5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is clear red with beautiful nitro head, excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is subtle bread and caramel. Taste is subtle bread, hint of caramel, floral. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not very aromatic or flavorful.
