5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is orange-red with thin cap of white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is blueberry and cheesecake. Taste is mildly tart fruit, blueberry and cheesecake. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, only mildly tart but other flavors are fairly subtle as well. Would be great if everything was amped up a notch.
