Taster pour on tap at Munchie Madness festival, 2022. It's an opaque black with nice viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is really strong charred malt/bitter roasted coffee just on the right side of the border of cigarette, with coconut and chocolate. Taste is really decadent strong sweet malt, coconut, chocolate. Charred quality of malt/coffee is much more muted and is a welcome balance. Mouthfeel is full bodied with thick texture, no sign of alcohol, smooth soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, pushes the boundaries of charred coffee and malt but just stays in bounds. Can't say I noticed the maple.
