Half pour at the brewery. Appearance lightly hazy pale yellow (urine) with light sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong tart lemon, fruit and funk. Taste leans more to the sweet side of fruit over tart wood and funk. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good strength and a nice balance of strong fruit and funk. Well crafted!
