5 oz. pour on tap at Perennial on Lockwood. Appearance is clear rose with thin cap of white foam head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong raspberry. Taste is strong raspberry that's sweet, tart, dry and slightly bitter (like a less sweet crab-raspberry juice cocktail). Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, well made. Tart but not sour. Wish it could have been a tad sweeter. Well made.
