Taster pour on tap at the CT Brew Fest. It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with finger-width off-white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is mild lemon. Taste is mix of lemon and fair amount of malt balance. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, neither complex nor strong. Malts are fairly high in the mix for an NEIPA.
