Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Can pour from Beer and Wine Nation, Merrimack. It's an opaque light brown (like a cross between cider and iced tea) with no sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with excellent retention and huge rings of soapy lacing. Aroma is moderately strong rye, citrus and pine. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with exceptionally smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, good representative of a rye IPA.
