Taster pour at New Hampshire Brewers Festival - 2019. It's a clear, dark yellow-light brown with trace sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with good retention and light soapy lacing. Aroma is ice cream cone, vanilla and chocolate. Taste is strong chocolate, vanilla, milky, creamy, interesting. Almost like a strawberry - neapolitan. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, flavor is soft serve swirl--got to imagine a lot of lactose going on. They got what they were going for. Interesting.
