We took our Citra/Mosaic Double IPA and gave it two huge dry hops. We are experiencing bursting aromas of citrus and tropical fruit followed by flavors of grapefruit, ripe melon, citrus fruit, and peach. We dare you to put down your glass once this deceivingly high ABV treat coats your palate with enslaving fruity hop flavors.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8

Pour is a super murky yellow with a large white head. Aroma is citrus, honeydew with honey malt. Flavor is again a real nice citrus hop with some chewy honey malt and a nice citrus is left on the tongue. No bitterness or alcohol is felt. Solid.

Can (7/6/21) pour from Worldwide Wine & Spirits, Southington. It's an opaque light brown-dark yellow with thin cap of off-white head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is orange, musky herb. Taste is strong citrus, grapefruit, some alcohol astringency, late melon & peach with creaminess. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, looks the part and decent strength to aroma and flavor. More complexity in taste but early alcohol astringency a slight drawback.
