The Boss's Daughter

On tap as part of a flight at Brew Hub, St. Louis. It's a deeply hazy dark yellow with decent sparkle, thin off-white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is slightly tart fruit. Taste is tart fruit and bread. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation with slight sting to the top of the tongue and finish as taste. Overall, I wasn't expecting the tart fruit element in a blonde ale. Fair.
