Our second collaboration with our friends from Upper Pass Beer Company. We decided to brew this version with all Northern Hemisphere Hops, originating from the Pacific Northwest, Germany, France, and even Slovenia. This big Triple IPA is banging with Ripe Strawberry, notes of Pineapple, Mango, and some Citrus to round out this 10% beauty. We also wanted to use all local malt on this one, so big thanks goes out to our friends Blue Ox Malthouse.

Can pour from trade with Johnnnniee via The Packie. It's an opaque, gold-light brown with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with fair retention and soapy rings of lacing. Aroma is citrus. Perhaps with light berries as it warms. Taste is strong citrus and berries, hint of pineapple with late bread backbone. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, pleasant alcohol warmth, soft carbonation and mostly bready finish as taste. Overall, taste is stronger and more varied than aroma but some of the advertised elements are either not present or are a bit weak. Not one of Kettlehead's finest.
