The beer you are holding is unique. A special strain of yeast and a warm fermentation produces a beer of exceptional flavor and aroma. An extended secondary maturation and bottle conditioning ensures all these unique qualities are preserved and evolve over time. Serve at 50°F in a tulip glass.

Bottle. A- Tangerines, black pepper, citrus. A- Orange color, super cloudy liquid, large white frothy head. T- Tangerines, black pepper, lemon zest, balanced. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, smooth fruity finish. O- What an outstanding beer. The description says it all. The palate starts out with a pepper kick and immediately dissipates and turns into a tangerine fruity finish with just a subtle bitterness. There isn’t much to dislike about this beer. It is all it says it is and more. The pepper and fruit notes work together very well and make for an exceptionally complex beer.

4oz pour at Churchkey. Poured a dark orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light citrus and some funky yeast notes. Flavor was light fruit, light orange, lemon notes, some light pepper and a touch of spicy characters. Interesting, had it next to their Tropic King, very similar.

Bottled at BrewDog, Stockholm. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Citrus and coriander up front. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with peppery citrus and coriander. Low-medium bitterness. Doesn’t really lift.

Bottle received in trade. Thank you Adnielsen! Pours very hazy reddish golden with an absolutely huge frothy white head that leaves some sticky and soapy lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and slightly phenolic with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, lychee, dry soil, hay, white grapes, lemon zest, dry wood, white pepper corns and hints of band aids. Taste is bitter, slightly phenolic, fruity and tiny herbal with crackers, grapefruit juice, moist grass, white pepper corns, lychee, lemon zest, dry soil, grape skins, lemon balm, dry wood and hints of bandaids. Mouthfeel is sparkling, soft, dry, slightly round and medium bodied. Finish is bitter, tiny fruity, herbal and tiny phenolic with crackers, lemon balm, moist grass, sweet basil, dry soil, dry wood and white and black pepper corns. A treat that I wish I had cracked open much earlier.

Capped 750 from LetsPour.com. Pours dishwater gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is floral, fruity citrus and lightly earthy. Med body. Flavor is earthy, heading towards wit. Must have citrus. Very pleasing and tasty. Finishes fruity and earthy. Hop seems noble.

Bottle: Poured a dirty beige color ale with a super large off-white foamy head with great retention and some super good lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with light peppery yeast notes and some light dry hops in the aftertaste. Taste is also dominated by rustic malt with balanced level of sweetness with some peppery yeast notes and some dry hoppy notes in the aftertaste. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very solid interpretation of the style with great balance and easily drinkable character.
