The beer you are holding is unique. A special strain of yeast and a warm fermentation produces a beer of exceptional flavor and aroma. An extended secondary maturation and bottle conditioning ensures all these unique qualities are preserved and evolve over time. Serve at 50°F in a tulip glass.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co. - Clerkenwell, London. Many thanks to Jack! Pours foggy yellow with a large, white foam head. Nose holds lots of dough malts, some dry grass, lemon, mellow funk, barnyard. Medium sweet flavor with some dry biscuits, light lemon, dough, mellow yeast. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Lightly sticky sweet finish, tons of doughy malts, mild yeast, lemon, bread, faint dry grass. Decent balance. Very drinkable stuff.

750 ml bottle purchased at Joy in Denver, Colorado. The pour is a hazed golden yellow with a well formed one inch white head. The aroma is straw, hay, citrus lemons, touch of grass and bready malt and wheat. A lot going on in the nose, all well integrated. The taste follows the nose, nice blend of the straw, hay, grass, citrus notes all held together with the wheat and malt. The palate is medium to light bodied, great unfiltered mouth feel, clean dry finish. Nice, well done.

My first beer from this brewery. +++ Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a murky yellow color with an enormous foamy white head that lingered forever and left incredible lacing. The aroma was tart and musty yeast, citrus, chalk and dust. The flavor was bitter, tart and chalky with notes of bread, Sweettart candies and lemon. The finish was dry, chalky and must with lingering lemon. Medium body. Ok.
