Bottle pour shared by Jason, split 5 ways. It's a hazy brown (between iced tea and root beer) with light sparkle, thin cap of off-white head fading to a ring. Aroma is nice, well-balanced mix of green apple and caramel. Taste follows aroma exactly. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation, no hint of alcohol and finish as taste. Overall, this is not the most complex thing but is exceptionally well balanced without being too boozy or too sweet. Just goes down REAL easy and it was probably good it was split 5 ways! Not that I've had terribly many, but probably the best apple brandy barrel barley wine I've had. Very nice.
