Thing 1 and it's sister beer Thing 2 start with the same base. Once they hit fermentors, we hit each of them with a different english yeast and a different dry hopping. For Thing 1, we used Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro.

12 oz. draft pour at the brewery. It's a hazy, bright yellow with decent sparkle, ring of off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit and pineapple. Taste follows aroma exactly with late pine and background grain. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with mild lingering yeast. Overall, nice all around.
