Taster pour as part of a flight at the brewery. It's an opaque black with no discernible sparkle, persistent beige large ling of head and light soapy lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla and cream with cinnamon, nuts and roasted malts. Vague dark fruit medicinal quality. Taste is vanilla, lactose, nuts, milk chocolate and roasted malts with vague cherry/dark fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation and sweet finish as taste. Nice alcohol warmth. Overall, good strength of aroma and flavor with excellent balance. Great texture. Not getting maple but the standout of the night!
