This deliciously simple session beer is brewed with N. American pale, dark British crystal, and German rye malt. Hopped with Pacific Northwest-grown Fuggles and Goldings, it's the full-flavored, lower-ABV answer to the string of ethanol-charged specials on the beer menu. Served unfiltered and naturally carbonated, the floral, grassy hop contribution is perfectly balanced by mildly fruity malt and a fine, dry finish.
