On tap in pub glass from the brewery. Appearance is clear, golden yellow with nice sparkle, thin ring of off-white head with good persistence. Aroma is barnyard, manure. Taste is lots of pilsner malts and late funk. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, something in the aroma makes me instinctively want to turn away (from an evolutionary perspective) but it's actually quite good.

From tap. Pours almost clear and golden yellow, small white head. Aroma is mild phenolic, slight fruity. Mild bitter, medium dry, toasted and slight fruity. Bitter and slight phenolic finish.
