Taster pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is clear, light brown with mild sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with fair retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is mild citrus, hard-to-place spiciness (?allspice?) and northwest hops. Taste is mild citrus balanced with cracker malts. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not a particular standout so, as a beer, this won't go down in the annals of craft beer history but kudos to Bad Sons and all the other participating brewers (and Sierra Nevada for the inspiration) for a charitable effort that WILL go down in the annals of craft beer history.
