Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from the brewery. Appearance is lightly hazy, golden yellow-orange with mild sparkle, less-than-finger-width off white fizzy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is lightly toasted dark bread. Taste is biscuit Pilsner malt, mild melon. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and biscuity, lightly bitter finish. Overall, this has the nice biscuity malts but I'm not getting the hop contributions of orange and tropical fruit so it's pretty average.
