Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Cloudy ruby, rich head. Caramely nose. Sweet with mediu mbody and rounded mouthfeel. Some butter, plenty of caeamel, notes of red berries. Low bitterness. Mild and very caramelly.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark brown red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, dusty, caramelized malt, dark fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, brown sugar, vomit notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121019]

Hazy red-amber color; creamy head, medium sized. Yeasty caramel aroma, a bit dusty and puckery too. Good body, with a chocolatey flavor, caramel, some residual sweetness; dusty and strong bitterness, yeasty final. Strong but rough.
