Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Cloudy ruby, rich head. Caramely nose. Sweet with mediu mbody and rounded mouthfeel. Some butter, plenty of caeamel, notes of red berries. Low bitterness. Mild and very caramelly.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark brown red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, dusty, caramelized malt, dark fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, brown sugar, vomit notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121019]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 191012

Bottle @ FoneFan, 7.5%. Clear dark amber/red with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, dark fruits, chocolate and caramel. Flavour is malt, yeast, caramel, dark fruits, little toffee, hop and medium bitter.

bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Hazy brown colour, mid-sized beige head. Aroma of currant, dark berries, blackcurrant... Some quince at the beginning, dark berries disappear and make way for a nice caramel character. Spicy hops add a pleasant bitter and resiny punch. Smooth palate. All in all a very convincing beer.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy reddish brown with a creamy off-white head leaving laces. Sweet brown sugar and some yeast in the nose. Medium body, dried fruit and molasses with a fairly solid hop bite in the finish. 020911
