Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is cloudy whitish-yellow with greenish tinge (like grapefruit juice), no sparkle, very thin ring of off-white head with light leggy lacing at the top of the glass. Aroma is of ripe citrus with slight musky/herbal notes. Tate is citrus, fruit, grapefruit, herbs. Palate is medium bodied with smooth texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, strong and interesting aroma and flavor, appearance OK, palate decent, too. Enjoyable.
