Clear dark red brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart, alcohol, light roasted, moderate to heavy yeasty, cheese, baking yeast, light vinegar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, vinegar, dark berry - fruit, vinegar, sweet dark berry, wood, toabacco, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20121128]
