Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5

Deep golden color with a bubbly head. Apple and some oak in both aroma and flavour. Pleasant balanced sweetness and acidity. Not to dry texture. Quite flat carbonation. Tasty nice cider.

Cask at the Baltic Fleet, Liverpool. Pours cloudy golden with small white head. Fruity apple aroma. Sweetish fruity and light acidic flavor.

Cask (handpump) @ Baltic Fleet, 33 Wapping, Liverpool, Merseyside, England L18DQ.Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, barnyard. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120116]
