Evil Laughter is an Imperial Stout concept where we throw tasty ingredients into casks of stout while cackling maniacally. This one features cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and almonds. The cacao nibs were sourced in collaboration with our friends at Catskill Chocolate Co.
TASTING NOTES:
Rich and intense flavors of roast, wood, chocolate, complex vanilla, and sweet almond permeate this beer. It’s surprisingly sippable, with a full body and very long finish.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, almond, taste is similar, sweet, a little thin.
