A 7 malt imperial stout, matures for 14 months in bourbon barrels, before additions of dark chocolate, ancho and morita chillies.
Aromas of espresso and vanilla awaken the senses, followed by dried autumnal fruits, salted toffee and a hint of smoke. Smooth and warming with a lingering spice, invoking visions of long nights by the fireside.
