Bottle at ash's. Pours black, nose is chocolate, caramel, maple syrup, chilli peppers, taste is sweet toffee, vanilla, chocolate, caramel, fiery chilli heat.

Bottle thanks to Ben. Appearance - opaque black with a fawn head. Nose - molasses, liquorice, blackberry and smoky chilli. Taste - sriracha, smoke, molasses and general roastiness. Palate - medium bodied, roasty and spicy finish. Overall - great stuff. The chilli is in balance.

Bottle at ashs.. Thanks Ben... Dark sweet.. Rich chocolate.. Big maple.. Rich chocolate roast.. Dark chocolate roast malts.. Big spice. Warming chocolate roast malts.. Dark spice..... Big warming spice.. Dark roast

Mostly just bourbon and some maple. Pours black with ok head and lacing. Lots of bourbon. Kind of a mess. Syrupy consistency. Tap at Aslin 4th Anniversary.
