Our Survivor IPA celebrates the beer-solulable oil components of hops which have a high impact on finished beer aroma—commonly referred to as “survivable” compounds. Yes, it’s super nerdy. But thanks to those survivors, it’s also super tasty.
The hops: Ekuanot, Idaho Gem, Talus

Nice citrus, light pine. A bit pithy, low to medium carb. Light cereals. Nothing special, run of the mill ipa. Not bad, not great.

Can from Refine Fool mixer 4-pack. Hazy pale yellow with a a huge frothy white cap that fades quickly producing stringy lace. Nose has melon, citrus, tropical fruit, grass and some candy. Light+ candy sweetness with a medium- grass and citrus peel bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a sticky finish.

Mildly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and some nice foamy lacing clouds on the glass. Lemon zest aromas with a touch of orange juice, and fresh herbal notes, even some mint. The taste shows again more lemon notes with the peel and a tad sourness, A mild dry finish Some particles show up as it pours. Feels like a milder, hazy IPA that fits the Monday bill.
