Cask at the Craft Beer Co. It pours clear amber, with a thin bubbly white lace. The nose is fruity hop, wood, resin, some manure and leather. The taste is soft from the start, then you are hit in the face with intense fruity hops, which smoothes out to a warming, tangy bitter finish. The fruit is lemon, lime, kiwi, melon and pear and there is also some wood, varnish, resin, alcohol warmth and oily hop. Soft carbonation, fully body and oily mouth-feel. Takes a few quaffs to get into this one, but itโs worth the effort. Intense and interesting.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 14/11/2011. Deep gold with a slight white head. Massively hoppy, tropical fruit and grapefruit aroma with some slightly honey sweetness and alcoholic warmth. Flavour had some dense, creamy malts, mango, citrus and pine with a lingering, dry, hoppy finish. Great stuff.
