A blend of: Scotch Whisky, Brandy & Bourbon Barrels.
Meles Meles is our homage to the classical Belgian styled Quads. Aiming to stay true to style using only traditional ingredients and yeast. It pours with a beautiful clarity and reddy-brown hue topped by a large white foamy head provided by the robust carbonation. Sweet fruits, candi sugar and a hint of spirit on the nose. A velvety smooth body accompanied by flavours of dried fruits, ripe plums and toffee.

Creamy off-white good fully lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Moderate sweet and bitter flavor. Strong caramel notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Can at home. Pours deep amber, nose is caramel, toffee, vanilla, fruity, taste is similar, sweet, chewy, vanilla fudge.
