Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Black. Candy-ish, chocolate, fruity, sweetish-sourish, alcohol. Seems infected.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, vanilla, caramel, buttercream, taste is similar, sweet, roasty.
