Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear yellow with small diminishing white head. Aroma is apple, juice with notes of alcohol. Flavour is apple, juice, medium dry, little tart with strong notes of alcohol.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, sugar fruits and some alcohol. Nice and sweet.

750 ml clear "champagne" bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Vintage 2010. ABV is 10%. Organic ("økologisk"). Golden colour. Pours fizzy with a short-lived white head. Pleasant aroma of cider apples, nutty notes, hints of sulphites. Dry and crisp flavour of cider apples, the bitter varieties dominate, esp. in the finish. Very good - the best Norwegian cider I’ve had so far. .
