After his award winning beer for Tinos Homebrew Challenge 2021, Nikos Karamolegkos shares a new recipe inspired by the "golden" hop El Dorado. A session IPA characterized by notes of citrus and stone fruits with a subtle sweet caramel aftertaste.

Draught at Ride, small stable creamy bubbly head, clear and quite dark orange color, aroma of caramel and hay, flavor of caramel with some honey and bit of vanila, and a light to medium herbal bitterness. Fair.
