From cask at Bree Louise. Pours clear and pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity. Mild citrusy. Citric fruity apple flavoured. Citric fruity finish. Sweet. Slight alcohol presence.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Ugly looking white wine coloured cider, no head. Aroma has sweet apple. Flavour of sweet and ripe apple, alcohol, phenoles. Fairly dry finish.

Cask at the Three Mariners, Hythe. Pale straw with a lime green tint; fresh crisp apple aroma; flavour is tart and sweet, very green; sweet and fruity to finish with a dry edge. Very drinkable.

Cask at the Wenlock Arms, London
Very pale yellow color. Aroma of apples and hazelnuts. Quite sweet, with a light astringency. Not as complex as the Asturian ones (Spain), but easily drinkable.
