Light, Refreshing, Creamy. It's not a "wheat beer", but it has wheat. It's not a "cream ale", but it has corn. It's made with a Kolsch yeast. It resides somewhere in-between these styles, creating a uniquely smooth and refreshing yet flavorful beer that everyone can enjoy.

Taster pour at the source. Appearance is pale yellow/brown with light sparkle, negligible head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is cracker malt, light floral hops. Taste is light cracker malt. This comes off more like a blonde ale or a marzen. Palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and light crackery finish. Overall, fairly pedestrian and not reflecting the interesting description. May have to try a full pint vs. just the taster to give it a full chance.
