Fantastic, clear, deep ruby colour, an average, frothy to macropore, pink-ish head fades rapidly under whizz; tiny bubbles climb the glass permanently and build a permanently reinforced ring at the bezel. Sour-ish fruity aroma, intense, earthy and fruit acidic notes of raspberry, leafy overtones. Taste is sour, fruity, fruit acidic notes of raspberry, lemon, lime, slightly tangy, a vinegar touch, some sauerkraut, subtle fruity sweetness with a sherbet touch in the finish; fizzy carbonation. Heavily sour, slightly overcarbonated - still OK.
