Fruity hoppy, fruity yeasty and slightly grassy, mildly funky aroma, sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale malty background with a grapesugar touch, notes of melon, a touch of strawberry, floral honey, fresh hay, chamomile overtones. Taste is slightly dry, tart-ish, fruity, subtle sweetness, notes of melon, watermelon, honeydew melon, hints of wild strawberry, some honey, fresh hay, grass, white grapes, a spicy touch of brine, a minimally lactic touch, herbal and floral overtones with a chamomile edge. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, prickly, minimally coarse carbonation. A plethora of subtleties - very nice.
