Yellow colour. Powerful apple aroma. Moderate dry apple flavor. Barnyard notes and slightly acetic. Long finish. Oily palate.

Bottled. A cloudy golden cider with a beige head. The aroma has notes of apples, applecore, and funk. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of apples, wood, and funk, leading to a dry finish. OK medium dry cider.
