Cask (handpump) @ The New Wheatsheaf, 24 Southwark Street, Greater London, England SE1 1TY.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111229]

Cask at Cask and Barrel, Edinburgh. Pale golden. Sweet and fruity with an odd off flavour of plastic. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel, but some bold grainiess disturbs. Finishes with burnt toast and plastic bitterness.

Cask at Wetherspoons in Ashford. Golden beer with white creamy head, sweet oranges with hint of herb, some citrus hops. Good rounded creamy beer with acidic orange finish. Good beer of this type
